How to Delete Data from ToMet?

Welcome to ToMet (the “App”), which is provided by pub: ToMet (collectively such entities will be referred to as “ToMet”, “us”, “we”, "Service" or “our”). Read our Privacy Policy & Term of Service before using this app. If you have already installed our app and you want to delete your data. Then you are on the right page.

First of all, let me clear that our app only collect user data like name, gender and age before using our app. To delete this data from our app/ server, follow below steps:

1. Open ToMet app
2. Go to Account Information
3. Click Setting
4. Click Delete Data
5. Choose between Manual/Automatic

By choosing manual method, copy your user id, paste in the given field and click submit. Then it will open an email and send us. Our moderation team will use your User ID to find your data on our server and will delete this. It will take approximately 3 to 7 working days.

By choosing Automatic, it will get User ID from server and go ahead to click delete data. Your data stored on our server will be deleted instantly.

By using both methods we cannot provide any authentication for data deletion.
