These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of ToMet - 1v1 Video Call App ("ToMet", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

ToMet is exclusively available to individuals aged 18 years or older. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you are prohibited from using the service, and we reserve the right to terminate your account and remove any associated data if we discover that you are underage.

2.1 Prohibited Content

ToMet strictly prohibits the following content and behavior:
Harmful or Dangerous Content: Do not post content that promotes self-harm, violence, or harmful activities.
Graphic or Shocking Content: Do not share content that is violent, graphic, or sexually explicit. Content that promotes illegal activities, sexual assault, or sexual exploitation is prohibited.
Harassment or Cyberbullying: We do not tolerate bullying, harassment, or threatening behavior. Be respectful in all interactions.
Discrimination or Hate Speech: We prohibit any content that discriminates based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or other protected attributes.
Nudity or Sexual Content: Do not post, share, or send sexually explicit content, nudity, or content meant for sexual gratification. This includes content related to prostitution, solicitation, or sex trade.
Child Safety: We are committed to ensuring the safety of children. Content depicting or targeting minors in any harmful way, including sexually explicit material or sexual exploitation, is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Zero Tolerance for CSAM: ToMet maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for any form of child sexual abuse material. We actively monitor and enforce our guidelines to ensure that minors are not exposed to or harmed by inappropriate content.
Reporting CSAM: If you encounter any content that violates our child safety policies or believe someone is posting CSAM, please report it immediately using our in-app reporting system or by emailing us directly at tux.officialapps@gmail.com. We take all reports seriously and will cooperate with law enforcement when necessary.
Content Involving Minors: Any content that exploits or endangers minors, or involves child sexual abuse, will be immediately removed. Additionally, we may restrict access to videos or content that may inadvertently involve minors inappropriately.

2.3 Acceptable Use

Respectful Interaction: You agree to interact with others in a respectful, civil manner. Personal attacks, insults, or any kind of abusive language is prohibited.
Impersonation: Do not impersonate any other person, organization, or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation with any individual or group.
Spam and Misleading Content: Do not engage in spamming or post misleading content for the purpose of gaining views, followers, or interaction.
Intellectual Property: You must respect the intellectual property rights of others. Do not upload content that infringes on the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others.

Interfering with Services: You must not interfere with or disrupt the services, including hacking, spreading malware, or other harmful activity.
Automated Scripts: The use of automated systems or scripts to collect information from ToMet is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and ensuring that you do not share your credentials with others. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

4. Content Ownership and License

By uploading content to ToMet, you retain ownership of your content but grant ToMet a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the service. You must ensure that you have all necessary rights to upload and share the content.

5. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ToMet, its affiliates, employees, officers, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any laws.

ToMet is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. You use ToMet at your own risk, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or safety of any content or interactions.
