By downloading, installing, or using the BumpTrack app ("App"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Use of the App
License: BumpTrack grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Restrictions: You may not:

- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from the App.
User Accounts: Some features of the App may require you to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Content and Data

By submitting content, you grant BumpTrack a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.
Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any data you input into the App, such as pregnancy information, health data, or notes. BumpTrack does not verify the accuracy of user-generated data.
Disclaimer of Medical Advice
The App provides an approximate pregnancy due date based on the last period begin date, and offers helpful articles and tips for mothers and babies. These tips and information are general in nature and may not be suitable for every pregnant woman. Always consult your personal pregnancy specialist doctor before following any tips provided in the App. The App also suggests some parental vitamins and other pregnancy-related items, which should only be used after discussing with your pregnancy doctor.
Privacy
Data Collection: BumpTrack collects and processes personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
